Return policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make at VINADA. We also realize sometimes, things happen! Below you'll find our policy for each instance where things may have changed for you:

 

To cancel an order

We are happy to cancel any order that you've made online before the order ships. This order will simply be canceled and refunded. After orders have shipped, though, you'll need to return the product to us, unopened, and in its original packaging to receive a refund (excluding shipping costs). We can not stop packages in-transit.

 

Damaged on arrival

We understand that sometimes boxes get jostled, things get damaged, and it's not your fault! If this happens, let us know by emailing us at info@vinadawines.com. Please send photos of the package as it arrived, and be sure to save all the damaged packaging because the carrier sometimes requires inspection. We will immediately re-dispatch your order, and will manage the damage claim directly with the carrier.

 

You changed your mind

Changing your mind is ok! Refer to our cancelation policy above.

 

Wrong/Missing Items

We check every order before it leaves our stores, but sometimes a mistake can happen. If you receive the wrong item or missing items from your order, let us know by emailing us at info@vinadawines.com. We will replace or ship the missing item immediately. 


How to initiate a return:

To return a product or products for any of the reasons above, and during the return window, follow this process to initiate your return:

  1. Email us at info@vinadawines.com
  2. We'll confirm your return request eligibility.
  3. We will send you a return label for the package via email.
  4. Print the label and place it on the package.
  5. Drop the package off with the carrier provided in the email we sent to you.
  6. We will receive the package, process the return, and send you an email with refund details.

Refund policy

We do not accept Refunds or Returns based on flavor preference alone. We understand when shipping beverages and glass that sometimes items may be damaged in transit - If there are any issues with breakage please email us info@vinadawines.com. For damaged items, please notify us and include photos within 7 days of your order being delivered.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (excluding shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
