This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Terms of Service

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Choose your carrier during checkout for estimated shipping costs. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

We ship only Monday - Friday from our local warehouse. We will make every attempt to ship ground orders within 2 days, but depending on volume and demand, it could be up to 3-5 business days before your order is dispatched. If there will be any delay in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Due to ongoing global supply chain issues, it's possible your order may take more time than usual to ship. We will reach out proactively with updates if there will be any delay in shipping your order.

There may be an extra 1-2 days of processing time for your orders so as to minimize the risk of it sitting with the carrier over a weekend, for example. Should any contents become damaged, please reach out to our team at info@vinadawines.com to have a replacement sent immediately. We greatly appreciate your patience and support while we diligently work through challenges to get your favorite NA wines safely to your door!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification form us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at order@vinadawines-usa.com and we will look into it for you. 

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Upon checkout you will be able to determine if your country is ilegible for shipping.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
